Church groups, together

Minnetonka hosts church-group camp weeks. Individual families do not register campers directly with Minnetonka for open-enrollment sessions. Contact your church leader about participating with your group.

The summer camp season runs June 1 through the end of July. See the supplied 2026 schedule for the specific weeks, including the May 31 start of Week 1.

Before your camp week

The Church Registration form is due no later than 30 days before the camp date.

• Before arrival, provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Minnetonka Christian Camp as an additional insured.
• Each group must run background checks on every person 18 years and older.
• Bring completed and signed Camper/Counselor Registration, Health, and waiver forms, plus the Church Roster, to check-in.

Group supervision

The suggested minimum camper-to-chaperone ratio is 8:1 for teenagers and 6:1 for children. Chaperones must be at least 18 years old and two years older than the campers.

Sponsors maintain supervision of all members of their group at all times. Each group supplies its own first aid/CPR-certified adult, first aid supplies, and emergency transportation.

Packing & arrival

Dorm guests bring their own bedding and toiletries; pillows, sheets, bedding, and towels are not provided. Motel and cottage linens and towels are provided; motel guests also receive washcloths.

Medications go to the First Aid Station for safekeeping, or another location accessible only to authorized personnel. No medications in dorms.

Every vehicle stops at the camp office. Each guest receives a wristband, and lodging is assigned to the group. Arrival instructions are sent privately after booking.
